•Processing time generally takes about 3 business days and shipping is standard UPS ground rate of about 3 days or less, depending on your area. Depending on order frequency, you may experience a 3 day processing time while we package and label your items!

•Once you have received your tracking number, your items are then in the hands of the USPS courier, if the package is lost in transit and tracking number provided does not seem to be on its way, a refund or a replacement will be granted to the customer! Unfortunately, if the tracking number says delivered to the correct address and you believe that it may have been lost or stolen after being delivered, there isnt much we can do except assist in filing a claim through the postal service.
